ProSkins maintains a strict No-Refund Policy due to the nature of digital goods and the real-time, irreversible nature of transactions facilitated through the Steam platform. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed, and refunds are not issued under any circumstances. Users are expected to carefully review all details of the item and transaction before confirming their purchase or trade.
1.1 Irreversibility of Transactions
Once a trade or purchase is confirmed and the in-game item has been transferred to the buyer’s Steam account, the transaction is final. This policy ensures the integrity of the marketplace and prevents potential abuse of the refund system, which could lead to financial losses for sellers and ProSkins.
1.2 Non-Refundable Fees
All platform fees, including the 5% transaction commission and any additional service fees, are non-refundable. These fees are deducted at the time of the transaction and cannot be reclaimed, even if the transaction is disputed or canceled after completion.
2. Deposits and Refunds
ProSkins does not allow refunds on deposits made into your account. Once funds have been deposited, they can only be used for purchasing or trading in-game items on the platform.
2.1 Deposit Rules
- You can deposit a minimum of $10 USD into your ProSkins account.
- Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn unless they are earned from the sale or exchange of virtual items.
- Any funds gained directly from deposits are non-refundable and non-withdrawable.
3. Withdrawal Policy
Funds earned through the sale of in-game items can be withdrawn from your ProSkins account, subject to the following conditions:

- You can withdraw a minimum of $10 USD from your account.
- Before making a withdrawal, you may be required to complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
- Withdrawals typically take 24 to 48 hours to process, depending on the volume of requests.
3.2 Non-Withdrawable Balances
- Any balance derived from platform bonuses or direct deposits is non-withdrawable and can only be used for transactions within the ProSkins marketplace.
4. Cancellations and Failed Transactions
Refunds are not available for transactions that have been canceled or failed due to user error or expired trades. ProSkins does not take responsibility for delays or cancellations caused by Steam service issues or failure to complete a transaction within the specified time frame.
4.1 Canceled Transactions
- If a buyer or seller fails to complete a trade within the given 24-hour window, the transaction is automatically canceled. In such cases, refunds are not provided. The buyer may be prompted to manually cancel the trade on Steam, but ProSkins will not issue any refunds for expired or canceled trades.
4.2 Invalid or Incorrect Item Delivery
- In the event that an invalid or incorrect item is delivered, ProSkins encourages users to contact support for further investigation. However, no refunds will be provided for any mistakes made by the buyer in confirming the trade, as users are responsible for reviewing all item details before completing a transaction.
5. Violations and Forfeiture
If your ProSkins account is terminated or suspended due to a violation of the Terms of Use or other policies, any remaining balance in your account may be forfeited. ProSkins does not issue refunds or compensation for balances lost due to account termination.
6. Legal Compliance and AML Regulations
Refunds are not allowed for deposits made to your account, and transactions are final to ensure compliance with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and regulations. Allowing refunds after deposits could potentially violate these laws, so all users must acknowledge and agree to this policy before initiating any transaction.
